The Group
The foundation of the group SUDOP GROUP was laid in 1996 and over time has accumulated additional design firm which have created a strong group providing a wide range of services in the area of ??design, engineering and consulting activities. The original focus on rail transport has spread to other sectors of transport infrastructure (road and highway construction, airports), into the field of urban transport, buildings and water management facilities, while some of the companies are engaged in the electrical field as well as geology and geotechnics. Designing is still the most significant part of the group's activities.
The group is also closely involved in development projects. Activities in the field of development projects focus on the revitalization of currently disused and neglected lots. The concept of development for these sites is to build commercial centres, including spaces for retail sales and services, catering and entertainment activities, accommodation, office space and housing. Active work in searching for and developing new project ideas allows the company to find suitable investment opportunities and to improve their options in using the production capacity of the group of companies within SUDOP GROUP.
As the owner of several properties, SUDOP GROUP also deals in real estate, while management and maintenance of these properties is provided by its subsidiaries.
Activities in the field of computers and information technology is developing so successfully that the scope of activities in this sector is still expanding.
In 2007, the SUDOP GROUP made a bold step into a completely new field, health care.
In 2010, the association of companies within the SUDOP GROUP achieved a total turnover of more than 4.2 billion CZK and employed more than 2,100 workers. Some jobs were created specifically for people with disabilities.
