For a number of years, this field of business has been the SUDOP GROUP's main activity. Over time it formed its own professional staff base concentrated in the subsidiary PragueInvest Ltd., which provides comprehensive services associated with the use of a building (cleaning services, security, air conditioning and lifts, routine maintenance and repairs, and ensuring that all health and safety requirements are met). PragueInvest Ltd. also provides services associated with property rental for external clients.
At present, PragueInvest Ltd. manages commercial space for companies within the SUDOP GROUP totalling an area of approximately 20,000 square metres (over 200,000 sq. ft.).
