Property Development
Since the start of 2006, development projects which the SUDOP GROUP is engaged in have been collected in the company SUDOP Development, which assures their mutual coordination and unified practices and, if necessary, collaboration with other firms in the group.
The aim of our major projects - "Žižkov Goods Depot" and "Churchill Square", which are currently being prepared for execution, is the development and revitalization of disused lots in the areas around Prague's major railway stations so that these previously neglected sites can become a full-fledged part of the city. The project "Červená Skala" is focused on housing construction.
